J2EE Developer - Hosted Solutions
For the expanding Prague office of an international SW Development firm providing innovative technical solutions requires suitable candidates for the position of Senior/Junior Java Developer to work on a new project for SaaS solutions in the retail banking segment. The team with be in close cooperation with the head office in California and the European office in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for all phases of the SW development lifecycle including:
- - Design, modification, implementation and documentation of applications
- - Provide estimates of work based on analysis, knowledge and experience with requirements
- - Work with QE to plan and implement test strategies, plus insureinteroperability with third party products, existing SW and operating systems
- - Act as technical lead and mentor with junior developer
Requirements
- - Master's degree in computer science or related fields preferred but candidates with a technical education and proven work experience also considered
- - Good knowledge of Java/J2EE
- - Strong analytic and design skills
- - Experience with Linux, Git/Maven/SVN, XML, JSON, REST, SOA
- - JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js
- - Knowledge of Spring/Hibernate, relational and NoSQL DB
- - Good communication skills and active English language skills
- - EU or permanent residency, active Czech not a requirement
